- Architected the deployment of Quest’s QMM for AD
- Document the entire configuration and deployment architecture in a Migration cookbook
- Customized and consolidated a number of Quest Reporter reports and document the entire configuration and deployment

- Conducted an Assessment of the Notes environment
- Architected an Notes to Exchange 2007 migration Plan Architected the deployment of Quest’s Notes Migrator for Exchange in a virtual environment
- Migrated the Notes Mailboxes and resources over to Exchange 2007
- As a Value add – conducted an Notes application assessment to determine the effort required to migrate the Notes applications to SharePoint 2007

Oil Company Calgary, Alberta
- Contracted by a Quest national partner to review their existing migration process and the Quest QMM for Exchange configuration
- End Customer had a tight timeline.
- Made a number of deployment configuration changes and revised the Exchange migration process
- Filled in the knowledge gaps for the Quest Partner
- Supported the Quest Partner through the initial migration Project Management
Airline Industry, Toronto, Ontario
- Contracted by a Quest Partner to review their existing migration process and post recommended changes to the Active Directory and Exchange migration process.
- Architected and deployed Quest’s QMM for AD and QMM for Exchange
- Educated the partner on the migration process and on the Quest migration products.
- Validated the defined migration through a series of small production pilots
- Offered some limited remote migration support Project Management
Non Profit Association, Ottawa, Ontario
- Migrate the customer’s Exchange mailboxes to a Hosted environment.
- Conducted a Discovery of the source and target environment
- Architected a migration plan using Quest’s QMM for Exchange
- Worked together with the customer and the hosting facility to gain VPN access to both environments
- After the mailbox, Calendar and Public Folder data was migrated over to the target, updated the end user’s workstations
